Dim Sum or Tim Sum ??

Came across this stall somwhere and find the signboard quite unique and funny....So is Dim Sum or Tim Sum...?? I am quite puzzled !!! But it sure caught my attention some how....:) Anyone can correct me or the stall owner..? ;)
