Most Crave Dish - Butter Prawn

Just another passion for another special delicious dish, butter and ceral prawn has always been my favourite past time dishes and I always wanna try cooking them myself so that I can have them everyday hee..:P

Today decided that it will be my admin time as I am busy from head to toe...from monday all the way to sunday this week....absoutely cannot find any free time for myself...I am toooo busy..:P Since I am free, as well try out my favourite dish !!!

Basically went to the gym for some workout, cook my butter prawn, cleaned up my chinchilla's cage and went to my brother's house. I felt so fullfilled and have such a fruitful day !!! But just not that wonderful because my DD is not with me :p she's also very very busyyyyyy :P So now lets not waste time and let the photos do the talking....Do not DROOL alrite...:P

1 Month Anniversary

A blink of an eye and 1 month has passed, This one month has been the most fulfilling month of my life as love is in the air and our chemistry grew stronger as each day pass by, now the girlfriend has already become a replica of me :p Life is short and I believe you have to cherish everyday in life and treat the people around you with love. Regardless is girlfriend, friends, families...it all applies.

On this very day, 14th July 2007 marks our 1st month anniversary and I decided to have some surprises for the girlfriend and to my amaze, I have surprises too !!! Decided the best place for romantic picnic and photo taking will be sentosa. All nicely taken photos must thanks to my best friend " The Tripod". Without him all these nice photos would be show case here :)

Fulfilling day with endless activities, we had Mini picnic, watch "The song of the sea" endless photo taking session ( around 200 shots), Stroll along the beach..Everything seems so relax and wonderful, I would say the best way of relaxation will be strolling along the beach in the evening when the wind is strong, sand blew pass your face, hairs flickering around.......

Memories will be kept forever on this very day and hope it will continue to be the same way in the near future. Thanks for everything ! Love U :)

Work Integreted Learning ( WIL)

WIL is one of my module this semester and no examination is needed but it is swamped with whole lot of projects both individual and group. 1st project already due within the 2nd week of school terms...Here are some of the video clips I have take for some entertainment results...:)

Firstly to thanks Bro Josh for being so "Onz" for my video shoot..and it was such a success that whoever sees it will laugh heads down...:P It s actually not suppose to be included inside my PowerPoint presentation..but feel that a presentation with just all words will be quite boring...so the sudden inspiration to shoot a movie for some effects.

Results pays off well when the lecturer actually said it was well done with the video included and another load off my shoulder...busy Busy semester...alot of things to oversee...Hai !!! Hope I can survived smoothly..but guess I could because the girlfriend with me !!! Cheers !!!

Kite Flying Sunday

A pleasant and nice Sunday evening at a place which you might name it "Heaven". This place I think many people already know where it is but still I think it is a good place for kite flying, picnic, relax, jogging other then the commonly Marnia South.

The wind was quite strong and I managed to get the kite fly quite high up in the sky, the Girlfriend did it too with her 3rd attempt I guess, not too bad :P But very soon the wind die down and the kite came dropping onto the ground again....

After that was just photo taking session and within an hour, we actually take more than 100 photos together !!! This is when the photowhore meets the photogigglo LOL :P Anyway the scenery is really nice and I think the next visit will be a Picnic ;)

Lovers Seafood Fried Rice for 2

After such a long break from cooking, I decided to start cooking again but this time round for my love one :) Always find cooking a very satisfying job for me although the hassle can be quite tedious sometimes. Cooking and cleaning alone can used up almost 1 hour !!!

All these doesn't matters much as this is the first meal I cooked for my girl and think there will be more as it comes by. I dunno is it true that guys who knows how to cook appears more appealing to girls, but at least I know my girl appreciates it very much. Rite ? :P

Went to NTUC to grab all the necessary stuffs, theme was seafood, so crabs, prawns were the main ingredients. Even beef and chicken came into place to make it more fulfilling. Total cost less then $12 and the delicious seafood dinner for 2 awaits us.

Preparation was indeed a hassle but still I managed to overcome it because this time I got a special assistant beside me helping !!! She patiently peels off the prawn's shell and dig out all the dirt....help me alittle here and there, appreciate it very much.

Always wanted to cook butter crab because that's my favourite dish of all!! Result came out not to bad but there's still room for improvement...hope I can get the recipe somewhere haa...Let my girl give me the ratings through the tag board alrite haa...

Last but not least, the Lovers Seafood Fried Rice for 2 was a success, with the help of "the girlfriend". More better cooking will be up in the list alrite!! Cheers !!! Drool...............
